I'm a corporal at SCDF as their Infocomm operator. I provided assistance to troubleshoot IT problems. E.g. Computer cannot access intranet and printer having functionality problems. Attended to a few large fires to support the firefighters with food and water. Assisted in recording incidents at the fire site.
